On December 12, 2020 I photographed Taylor & Austin's wedding at Hidden Spring Farm in LaFollette, TN. In case you've been living under a rock, 2020 has been a wild year! Taylor's original photographer pulled out of the wedding two weeks prior because of Covid exposure. Luckily, I had the date available and was so happy to step in!
Although it was a rainy day, it was still the most gorgeous wedding! Plus, they say rain is good luck on your wedding day. Taylor was the most chill bride and nothing seemed to bother her, not the weather and not the fact it was actually a month after her original wedding date. Yes, that's right. Their wedding was supposed to take place back in November, but the groom tested positive for Covid and they had to postpone last minute. Like I said, WILD times we are living in! I wore a mask the entire 8 hours to photograph the wedding and tried to practice social distancing as much as possible. Thank goodness for my zoom lens! Some of my favorite moments of the day were the bride's first look with her dad, the mother daughter dance (so unique!), and the cake cutting! The wedding was beautiful, and I am so glad I was able to capture Taylor & Austin's special day. It was raining really hard after the ceremony so we had to do all couple's portraits inside, but I still love how they turned out! Scroll down below to see some of my favorites from the day!
